Position at a glance:
The candidate will become part of Evalueserve’s corporate team, supporting the HR compliance team with daily tasks including coordination and internal management. We are looking for someone with previous experience in the administration field, who is interested in developing a career within the corporate industry.

In addition, the HR Associate should be proactive with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving skills, as the role requires a lot of organization, attention to detail, and flexibility to work on multiple projects at the same time.

• Coordinating processes related to background checks with third-party vendors and conducting internal reviews of new employees’ credentials
• Managing internal logistics related to employee on- and off-boarding, including reviewing contracts and compliance documentation, providing introductory information, and working with internal programs to ensure all necessary processes are followed
• Scanning/filing of internal compliance documents
• Maintaining internal compliance trackers on a daily basis
• Assisting with internal and external audits throughout the year, ensuring the quality of processes is being upheld.
• Managing end-to-end immigration process such as coordinating appointments, contacting embassies, providing support to foreign employees, and being the point of contact for all immigration-related processes.
• Assisting with reporting using Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Scheduling Corporate Orientations for new hires and ensuring timely capture of learning attendance on our Learning Management System as well as timely responses to training-related queries

Requisitos Minimos:
• Advanced English and Spanish
• 0-2 years of experience in administration or similar areas
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in accounting or business administration (desired but not essential)
• Strong coordination and reporting skills
• Proactive and flexible with a can-do attitude
• Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Customer service skills
• Minimum two-year commitment
